We recently purchased a 2025 KIA Sonata for $48,000 and wanted to share our experience with the dealership team. Mr. Leo provided A+ customer service — he was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us find a deal that was not only fair but one that made us feel truly happy and confident with our purchase. His communication, patience, and willingness to work with us made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction. We also had a great experience with our sales rep, Maximiliano, who made our first KIA purchase smooth and comfortable. He answered all our questions thoroughly, guided us through the process with transparency, and ensured we felt valued as customers. However, our only dissatisfaction was with the Finance Department. Despite having an excellent credit score (between 780–800) and providing a strong $20,000 down payment plus a trade-in vehicle, we were offered a 72-month loan with a balloon payment and an interest rate close to 6%. Given our strong financial profile and what the dealership advertises in terms of competitive financing, we felt we should have received a better interest rate. We believe that KIA Finance could have and should have provided a more favorable rate, especially for a well-qualified buyer. This part of the process left us disappointed because it didn’t match the positive experience we had with Mr. Leo and Maximiliano. We strongly encourage the dealership to review the finance experience for future buyers who come prepared with excellent credit and solid financials. More
