. We have still not received our vehicle, and it has been radio silent for the most part. First we were told that it would only be a few hours, it has now been three days. I received a message yesterday at 7am to let us know the car would just be a few more moments. That was yesterday at 7am. Then I call several times and am told our advisor is busy and will reach out within a few minutes. I was told that twice, and then no one contacted us. Then the invoice came in, so we paid our balance yesterday afternoon. It has been radio silence since then. I totally understand that things happen and a job may take longer than anticipated. We get it. But repeatedly putting your customers under a false sense of expectations, and then not contacting them is uncalled for. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis, and we really need our vehicle in case we need to go somewhere. You guys were great when we checked in, and we were setting everything up. Now we feel as if we are being treated as an afterthought just because you guys got our money. It is very disappointing and disheartening. This is now day three and we are still waiting with no response. We paid, now we hear nothing else. We have just been waiting around for the call for days now! Just being told it will be a few minutes/ moments, then hearing nothing. Very let down by the experience. The icing on the cake is my vehicle wouldn’t start when the keys were handed over to me.
