City KIA of Greater Orlando - Service Center

The attention received yesterday was the worst I've had since I took my vehicle with City Kia to do the maintenance, first of all they tell me that my vehicle will take 3 hours for maintenance I can unders since I took my vehicle with City Kia to do the maintenance, first of all they tell me that my vehicle will take 3 hours for maintenance I can understand it because I know there are other vehicles, but it really took me about 5 hours, besides they took to call the Lyft to pick me up at my house, (I had to call City Kia to send it) and the worst of all my vehicle was not washed and when the person who attended me was asked Why wasn't my vehicle washed yesterday? His answer was because "It was raining and they sent people to their homes" the answer given is a lack of respect. La atención recibida el dia de ayer fue la peor que he tenido desde que llevo mi vehículo con City Kia para que hagan el mantenimiento, en primer lugar me dicen que mi vehículo durará 3 horas para el mantenimiento lo puedo entender porque sé que hay otro vehículos, pero realmente demoro 5 horas aproximadamente, aparte demoraron para llamarme el Lyft para que me buscara a mi casa, (tuve que llamar yo a City Kia para que lo envíen) y lo peor de todo mi vehículo no fue lavado y cuando se le preguntó a la persona que me atendió el día de ayer por qué mi vehículo no fue lavado? Su respuesta fue porque “Estaba lloviendo y mandaron a las personas a sus casa” es una falta de respeto la respuesta dada. More
