Seems like this location’s service went down after South Austin Nissan sold the dealership to City Limits Nissan. Service website is not friendly & allow scheduling certain details. On my last visit-I asked them to check my cabin filter & check my brake pads. Neither of the two were completed. My schedule is extremely busy due to my job & the hours I work. Now I have to make another appointment to have my brake pads checked. Service guy was very nice. My fault for not double checking prior to leaving the dealership. More

Cooper went far and above what a good salesman is about. We were driving 6 hrs. To get the car. The one we were driving for cooper had given us a price of $3000-$7000 less than the same car in our area. We We were driving 6 hrs. To get the car. We called cooper about it. He called back and said he would pick us up. It was a 4 hr. Trip round trip. We were able to buy my beautiful new nissan. Not only that but he sold us a warrantee on the car that lasts it's lifetime. At a very reasonable price. WmI can't say enough about how good a person cooper is. I'd also like to thank his manager for staying late that night to do the paperwork. We feel city Nissan is an excellent dealer and are planning to go back to cooper whhen we buy my husbands truck which won't be too far in the future. They are the only dealer we trust. More

City Limits Nissan was not able to identify why my 2023 Frontier would lose it's charge and I would have to jump start it. This has been an ongoing issue since I bought the truck in 2023.
