When you walk into the service center not a single person says hello to you, you kinda wonder if you are in the right place while 6 guys sit behind the desk cutting up and carrying on. I was standing there for at least 3-4 minutes while one guy finished telling a story to his co-workers, eventually one of them called me over. Now if they were looking at a computer or something I can understand that they were busy but 4 of them were just staring off into space. The guy at the counter asked me why I would even bring my Toyota to a Nissan Dealership… Kind of an odd encounter but they did get the work done, so that’s great! More

Showed up for an early appointment to change out a part I had ordered months ago + an oil change. Was told to call ahead of time to make sure the part was in. It was. Took 2.5 hrs for the sales rep to ask me had ordered months ago + an oil change. Was told to call ahead of time to make sure the part was in. It was. Took 2.5 hrs for the sales rep to ask me my permission to replace the part and said it would be another 3.5 hours for the labor. So it took 2.5 hours to only change my oil? Was quoted 1.5-2hr when I pulled up but even that felt high. Sat in the waiting room with a toddler the entire time. Top it off, after I paid I noticed the receipt had a charge for the part the didn’t replace. It wasn’t mentioned ahead of time and when I asked the rep said that they didn’t charge me the labor. Absolutely atrocious time management and an exhausting morning. Spoke to management and he didn’t ask my name or make notes on the account, just told me to “remind” him to make it right next time. More
Loved the non pushy vibes when looking at vehicles to buy.
