They provided the service for oil change and a tire rotation, but didn't follow through on the shuttle service pick up as promised. I even specifically booked an earlier slot so that I could accommodat rotation, but didn't follow through on the shuttle service pick up as promised. Not sure if management has changed, but the last time they gave the interiors a basic clean and this time they didn't even bother looking at it. When I asked the guy said he would get someone to do it and then after making me wait for 40 mins, they said that's not part of it. Overall, it wasn't the best. More

Throughout the years, I have acquired a trust in the dealings with the South Nissan service department and trust takes a long time to build especially in automotive repair services, quality and pricing are important but are they fade without trust. Great customer service is an icing on the cake so I am definitely a happy customer and highly recommend them More

I like that they make it easier to check in, keep you well advised of the maintenance process, and check you out when the job(s) are done. The waiting areas, showroom, and restroom are scrupulously clean. I also appreciate the free coffee, water, and snacks while I'm waiting. The only thing I would change is the amount of upselling that occurs once the scheduled maintenance is complete. The costs aren't always clear, and a $50 oil change can turn into $500 worth of other services that may not be needed at the time. Most recently I was also charged for some sort of disinfectant treatment to my truck interior, which I really never need and don't like because it leaves a sticky feeling on my steering wheel and gear shifter. But overall, it's clear whoever owns/manages this dealership that they are serious about customer service and satisfaction. More
