Took my vehicle in for Safety Recall, oil/filter change and for possible extended warranty by vehicle manufacturer. Recall repair could not be done as the inhibitor replacement switch was not avail change and for possible extended warranty by vehicle manufacturer. Recall repair could not be done as the inhibitor replacement switch was not available and they had no estimate on when it might be available. Oil/filter were changed but the service report that is normally provided was not given to my son when he picked up the car. On my extended warranty issue I was informed that my car was out of warranty even if it had been serviced 6 times for the same issue [That would be an item for the vehicle manufacturer would have to handle] and I was given a Corporate number to call. There was no attempt to sooth a customer that had come to them from the original dealer I bought the car from. The facility is a brand new ultra modern sales & Service facility but the service did not measure up to the building. The part came in about a week later and has been installed but the copy of service from the previous visit was made without color making it almost impossible to determine what items were checked, which were serviced and which should be attended to in the future.
