I recently purchased a 2025 Crosstrek from Seif. He was incredibly patient with me. I wasn't really sure if I wanted an Outback or a Crosstrek. He took me on several test drives and was never pushy. Citi Limits Subaru is the bomb. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Got my car fixed in a very short time and gave me a loaner to ride me over. Your staff is courteous and thoughtful. One significant failure. I was told that it would only take an hour or an hour up to an hour and a half. I would suggest that your service manager or whoever checks me in be more aware that the staff is behind in their work and awareness of the long way, and even maybe the option of returning. And certainly if it turns out to be a long wait when it exceeded that hour and a half there should’ve been somebody that informed me that it was gonna be longer with a honest, approximate time I officially went to the service area to check on what was going on. I shouldn’t have to do that otherwise I have no complaints. More
