We had a great experience buying our 2018 Tiguan. All of the staff we encountered including Kevin our sales rep. and the finance department were friendly and no pressure. We almost passed up trading in our the staff we encountered including Kevin our sales rep. and the finance department were friendly and no pressure. We almost passed up trading in our vehicle because dreading potentially having an experience like the last time we bought a car but the team at City Volkswagen were great. One key area that I have to mention is that during the appraisal of my car there was no dramatics and time wasting back and forth with finance. We told them right off the bat what we would need to be able to trade in and they let us know quickly whether or not they would be able to match (and they actually exceeded) the minimum we were asking. The process was not anywhere near as time consuming as previous car buying experiences and as stated before the pressure to buy was low which made it way less stressful to buy our Tiguan. Lastly, there was a small issue with the car we noticed when we got home and they took care of it right away. We will definitely recommend and potentially buy from here again More

We drove 90 miles with a check in hand anticipating and excited to buy a 2018 vehicle from Highland Volkswagen. Prior to our arrival we called letting them know 3x that week we would be there at 11 am on S excited to buy a 2018 vehicle from Highland Volkswagen. Prior to our arrival we called letting them know 3x that week we would be there at 11 am on Saturday. Upon entering the dealership no one was very friendly whatsoever . We could deal with that as this should be a quick transaction. Our salesman Jeff never introduced himself and almost seemed disinterested in meeting us They pulled the car up and it was filthy on the outside . To make matters a deal breaker there were cosmetic issues , dent in drivers door and a damaged rear bumper, This was a certified vehicle and certainly wouldn’t pass as certified at most dealerships . Telling Jeff of our dissatisfaction with its condition, he curtly told us this doesn’t effect the way it drives or handles. He definitely acted as if our business was not very important to him . Any other dealership would have taken close ups of its defects and noted it as well . Between the unfriendliness upon entering and the lack of professionalism by Jeff I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money at Highland Volkswagen . I could of been the easiest sale of the day and they blew it !! More
