Often, buying a new car can be a painful experience. I have walked into dealerships to quickly walk out because I felt pressured to buy. That was NOT the case when I walked into this dealership. The sales floor was immaculate and the staff was welcoming, but not overbearing. When I was ready to talk to a salesperson, Vic Ciccio was friendly and very informative. He was patient and made sure he understood what I wanted in a vehicle. When it came time to sit and talk about price, I felt he was sincere. My car had to be brought in from another dealership, so a few days later when I came to pick it up, Vic spent time showing me the ins and outs of my car and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I love my new Jetta!! More

Eric Davidson handled our last Jetta new car purchase with the same attention to our needs as the previous 3 new autos we purchased from him only this time he also finished the paper work and delivery in with the same attention to our needs as the previous 3 new autos we purchased from him only this time he also finished the paper work and delivery in record time. i guess the best recommendation of Eric and the other guys at Highland VW is even if we never buy another auto they will always be good friends. As far as the VW quality and maintenance we have never had even one problem with any of the autos and have not spent one cent on repairs. More

I can't tell you how much this dealership Helped me! They saved my cross country trip when my car started billowing black smoke on the highway!
