Let’s 1st start with its taken you over a month to respond to me. I was told they ford bronco sport was a 4 cylinder I asked multiple times because I saw the escape I think was 3 and it turns out it’s only 3 cylinder. I was told that I could put their truck in 4x4 but I can’t it’s automatic. Which is not what I wanted. Nobody, showed me the car or explained it when I purchased it, they handed me the keys and said bye (I still do not know how to use the keyless door code). If I was shown the car I probably would not have taken it because the radio is horrible I was under the understanding that I had the outer banks. package with the better radio which I clearly do not. There was a fee in the contract I didn’t agree on and I was rushed out so I couldn’t go through it properly or I would have saw u charged me about 40,000 for the car when we agreed on 32000 later when I got home. When I called to speak so someone I was told nobody was available. I could go on. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I’m in the process of filing one with the ford corporate office.
