I PURCHASED A USED EXPLORER 7 MONTHS AGO. FROM JULY 18 UNTIL FEBRUARY 8TH I COULDNT GET THE CAR SERVICED (WAS TOLD ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE THAT THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD DID NOT MEAN THE AIRBAG DID UNTIL FEBRUARY 8TH I COULDNT GET THE CAR SERVICED (WAS TOLD ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE THAT THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD DID NOT MEAN THE AIRBAG DIDNT WORK BUT THAT IT INDICATES THE LIGHT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. WAS ULTIMATELY TOLD BY RICH, A SUPERVISOR AT THE DEALERSHIP, THAT THE LIGHT INDICATES THAT THE AIRBAG IS NOT FUNCTIONING. WAS BOUNCED BACK AND FORTH FOR 7 MONTHS BETWEEN THE DEALER AND THE DEALER'S REPAIR SHOP WITH NO SUCCESS. THE REPAIR SHOP HAD MY CAR ON AND OFF FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 DAYS. ALWAYS SAYING THE PART IS COMING. I TOOK MY CAR BACK AFTER THE FIRST FEW DAYS. WAS TOLD TO CALL NEXT WEEK, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. FINALLY WENT TO THE DEALER AND TOLD THEM, KEITH, I DID NOT WANT THE CAR. THE REPAIR SHOP CANT FIX IT AND I NEEDED A CAR THAT WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. KEITH PROCEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY COULD GIVE ME A COMPARABLE CAR BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE SINCE MY "LEMON" HAD DEPRECIATED. I WASNT BRINGING A "TRADE-IN", I WAS RETURNING A LEMON. HE LIED AND SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS (WHEN I CAME TO BUY THE CAR IT TOOK A FEW HOURS). ULTIMATELY THE REPAIR SHOP CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY HAD FIXED IT. I TOLD THEM I HAD SPOKEN WITH KEITH AND I WAS NOT TAKING THAT CAR BACK. KEITH, IN THE MEAN TIME, TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD TAKE IT AND THEY SHOULD CALL ME. HE LEFT ME A VOICE MAIL SAYING THE CAR WAS READY AND WISHING ME LUCK. THIS AFTER HAVING TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GET ME A COMPARABLE CAR OR GET ME OUT OF THE CONTRACT. DECEITFUL, DISHONEST, INCONSIDERATE, UNRELIABLE, INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL, AND OUT AND OUT LIARS ARE SOME ADJECTIVES I WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE THIS DEALERSHIP. ONE MANAGER HAD THE GALL TO SAY "I DONT MAKE THE CARS, I JUST SELL THEM". WHAT THE HELL IS THAT TO SAY TO A DISGRUNTLED DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. More

I buy several cars per year and this dealership is by far the worst Dealership I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional, raised the price on me 3 times. Before it was completed, I ended up paying almos the worst Dealership I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional, raised the price on me 3 times. Before it was completed, I ended up paying almost $800 more than I originally agreed!!!! I am disgusted with this dealership. I never write reviews, but I could not hold this one back. My husband and I bought a Toyota Camry from this dealership last year thinking we were walking away with great car. A year later, we found out our car was previously in 3 car accidents with bad dam dealership last year thinking we were walking away with great car. A year later, we found out our car was previously in 3 car accidents with bad damages. The Carfax report they showed us didn't reveal this information. City world edited the carfax report to show no accidents. This place is a scam and will make you feel like you are walking away with a deal, but your not. They will edit the report or show you a carfax report for another car making you believe it's for the car you are buying. Please go elsewhere! Not the way to do business. More

I went to this dealer to buy what would have been my 4th Ford/Mercury car. I would like to think I am a preferred Ford customer after 9 years and never a late payment. After being at the dealer for an hour and the salesman going back and forth to the manager several times I was advised Ford was out of my price range. The manager never came over. I left feeling very disgusted. My husband and I are middle class and fortyish. We lease since it is cost effective for us. We also like a new car every 3 years and take excellent care of our cars. Unfortunately, my measly $350.00 - $375.00 monthly payment will not put me in a new Ford or Mercury car. They did offer me a Ford Focus.....I was driving a Milan. I would never go back to that dealer nor would I ever recommend them! More
