I was told by Henry that our warranty we purchased was 75000 plus our miles already included on the vehicle whic was approximately 17k. I received our warranty paperwork and it’s only up to 76k. I tried to reach him for two weeks with no call back. I called again and finally got him on the phone. He told me he never said it was on top of the 75k. He told me he would never say that. I explained he said that to my wife and me to our faces. He basically called me a liar and said we could cancel our warranty if we were unhappy because we got a deal and said he would not change anything because the deal was already done. He lied to us and didn’t care. I’m stuck with what u got now but had to voice my disappointment. More
