The service was great up until it was time to pick up my car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going o car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going on. He said my car is coming up. After 30 minutes I asked again where’s my car. He said it’s coming and it’s on its way. After 45 minutes I was still waiting after an hour. I was getting mad For waiting so long for my car after paying. at the hour and 10 minute mark I told the Valet I want my car now and he said it was at the other building and apparently they couldn’t find my car. This was absolutely ridiculous. More

They told me to come back the next day, but the following day, they said too much time had passed and that I would have to cover the cost myself. I purchased tire insurance, and no one wants to face such issues. It wasted my time and disrupted my work, yet after two days, the tire still wasn’t fixed. More
