Went for a oil change and full point inspection. They told me that i needed a new tire since it had a screw. They told me it air was leaking from the screw and it could not be patched. I did not buy a tire, went to my local tire shop and the guy said that the screw was only stuck on the tire tread. The tire was fine. Its was a huge miss on the dealers side. So, I wonder about the overall inspection. In any case, not returning to this dealer. UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me to make things right.
