I wasn’t prepared to purchase a car that day and had not brought my car insurance or checkbook. Every effort was made by your outstanding team to complete the sale to the extent they were willing to help me get home to pick up the needed info. I will happily recommend your team to friends looking for a fair, no pressure team. Your updated technology contract signing was amazing as was your whole team! Also, the rest of your employees would come and ask anyone that was waiting, etc. if they needed any assistance , water, etc. Claremont Toyota Management can be proud of your employees and the way they represent your dealership! Our salesperson was Stephanie. She was really great. She did her best to accommodate our needs. I was disappointed with what happened on the lot though. We wanted to look at t She was really great. We found the Sienna, and checked it out. Stephanie drove it to the main lot for my family and a few minutes into going over the numbers, she gets a text message saying that it was already sold!!! She went outside and somebody told her that it was driven into the lot by someone else! That is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I understand it's a dog-eat-dog in your industry, BUT!!! You don't treat your FEMALE employees like that and you NEVER TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!! I surely believe that ETHICS does come first BEFORE PROFIT. I am disappointed with what went down. I did get a new car but to see something like that happen to a fellow FEMALE is just disheartening. I hope Toyota CLAREMONT learns from this personal experience of mine and ensures that this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN! Please take care of Stephanie. She's an awesome employee. More
