It take more 2 hours of waiting time for basic oil change service, even though I got appointments. I noticed walk in customers waited similar time as the one with appointments. My car did not get a car wash service, even though I got appointments. I noticed walk in customers waited similar time as the one with appointments. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Spent over 3 hours there. Had to walk a far distance to find lunch. Won't be using them again. Have a warranty but their advise seems suspect. I went to previous Toyota dealer in Alhambra, terrible customer service. I was disappointed at first because they wanted me to put a 20k, which is unheard of on by me trading two cars, and already taking customer service. All because I wanted Toyota Tacoma 4 by 4 sport 2022 with the liften suspensión and tires. I decided to wait until Next month I decided to stop by here to test drive a car. I was amazed that Jaime helped me with purchasing a Toyota Tacoma off road 4 by 4 2022, and the finance person Felix is very knowledgeable about the warranty on the car and these two never once try to upswell me, once. Instead of me test driving the car, I ended up a week later with my preordered truck because it was not in stock. Since the purchase, I went off roading on OEM parts without having any problems.
