When I drove up to service department I was greeted within 10 minutes . I talked to a representative about an oil change and was told I would have to wait. I’ve been to this dealership plenty of times within 10 minutes . I talked to a representative about an oil change and was told I would have to wait. I’ve been to this dealership plenty of times and the wait time is between 2-3 hours. It’s not a problem but it would be nice if the wait time can be cut short. More
