I’ve used their service department before and had great experience. However, the last time I was there, I waited about 20 minutes before I was checked in. They said my advisor was on the phone. Someone eventually walked me in, and she was leaving a voicemail, so obviously it wasn’t a long important call to make me wait 20 minutes. I then waited for my car to be serviced. They recommended more work, which I agreed to one of them. I waited for a couple more hours, and then noticed almost all the customers were gone. I had been there, now, for 5 hours, so since they hadn’t called me that my car was ready, I went to check with my advisor. She was no longer at her desk, and the person who had helped me earlier let me know my advisor was gone for the day. She had me talk to my advisor’s “partner” or “team mate”, I forget the name she used. He then told me my car had been ready. When I asked how long ago it was ready, he told me an hour ago. I was furious. I proceeded to pay. When I checked my paperwork, it had listed the car as ready 2 hours prior to me checking. If I ever go back, I would not recommend the same advisor. She was very nice, but I am upset at the fact that I had to wait 2 hours extra, and that’s because I ended up checking in. Who knows how much longer I would’ve been there if I kept waiting. Everyone else there was great and helpful. More
