Unplugged my dash cam right after drop off and took apart my interior accessories without asking or even telling nothing at all. Scratched my car on the roof, probably from whomever moving my car was wearing my interior accessories without asking or even telling nothing at all. Scratched my car on the roof, probably from whomever moving my car was wearing a ring and holding onto the roof when getting in and out. When picking up my car, the guy who pull my car from their lot DID NOT know how to back up my car and have it pushed out from parking spot instead... oily palm and finger marks everywhere, bumper, hood, roof fender, pillar, door, quarter panel. Asked for simple oil change nothing more, end up listed they did tons of stuffs on the invoice. Will never go back, needed to say more? More

Terrible dealer experience, and all I went there for was an Oil Change. The communication from the service writers is beyond terrible. I waited around for 4+ hours. After asking several times, I had to t an Oil Change. The communication from the service writers is beyond terrible. I waited around for 4+ hours. After asking several times, I had to track down my service advisor (no one else could see to find her). She looked at something and said. Oh yes, your car is done. You would think that I would have been able to move along quickly at that point, but no. It was another half hour to get the paperwork over to the cashier, and then another 40 minutes for them to pull the truck around (seriously, just give me back my keys and say go look for it. That probably would have been less frustrating). When I got my paperwork, they had not even filled out 90% of the multi-point inspection. For the quality of service I got, I should have gone to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. I would have saved money and a lot of time. More
