I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service appointment for the van. This was my second visit to your dealership, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the positive impression I had service appointment for the van. This was my second visit to your dealership, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the positive impression I had after first visit. I had an 8:45 am appointment for the maintenance and brake work. However, I was shocked when I got the car back after almost 7 hours later and I had to wait in the lounge with no updates on the status. This terrible experience with no feedback for the delay is unacceptable and has left me reconsidering a my choice of dealership. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues that led to this unfortunate situation. More

We were nervous about the 'salesy' component of working with a dealership, but we shouldn't have been, it wasn't that way at all. The salespeople were communicative, the process was relatively easy, we looked around on both the car and the financing and found that they were offering a fair deal. We also interacted with Brad, the general manager who was generous with his time and extremely professional. We purchased the Ascent and it's been a great decision so far! More
