2weeks after owning the car,I noticed water in my passenger seat, the visor wet, and the headliner wet. Sent a picture of everything to my salesman and was told I need to take it into service. Asked passenger seat, the visor wet, and the headliner wet. Sent a picture of everything to my salesman and was told I need to take it into service. Asked if his dealer would look at it and was told"I can check with my used car manager".3 days later it rained and more water in was the seat.Sent another text to the salesman and was told 'you should probably get into my service department next week'.At the end realized my floorboard was wet Took my car into service at this dealer. Was told they can't replicate the leak. Asked if I can speak to the tech. Was told no. Was told the foramen would call me.Never got a phone call. They tested it again but was told to pick my car up. Talked to Troi who said it shouldn't be doing that and to talk to service.Talkedto the service manager who told me to bring it back. Asked if I can take it to a bmw dealer closer to where I live and they cover the cost. Was told "Absolutely not". At this point I was pretty irritated and don't necessarily have the time to go back and forth with an issue on a recently purchased vehicle.I called service to make sure I was not going to be charged to fix this,I was told I would have to confirm this with the salesman. When I text the salesman that service wants confirmation from them he said"So initially when you brought it in, they did the diagnosis and they couldn’t find anything so they want to re-diagnose it if they find something then that would be on us, but if they don’t, then that’s another conversation".I don't want to pay the $250fee that bmw charges. Something I feel I should not have to do especially because I purchased this car from your dealer less than 3 weeks ago at the time. Decided I was going to just take it to the bmw dealer I deal with and have them take a look at it. I also decided I did not want a warranty I purchased when I bought my car. Talked to Shaun Dubecky. Shaun wanted to know why I didn't want the warranty. I explained my problem and he decided he wanted to help. An hour later Troi called me to ask me why I didn't bring my car into service that day. Told him what I was told by the salesman. Told him I'm just going to take it to a dealer myself. Troi then decided to flip the convo on my car I traded in when I purchased my new car. Troi asked me if I knew my old car didn't have catalytic converters. I told him my car 100% had catalytic converters. Was upfront and said I removed the mufflers, which I told the salesman I still had the stock mufflers and they never asked for them, and I removed and put back on the resonators. I never removed the catalytic converters. And if I did there would have been a check engine light. Never had a check engine light for exhaust problems. Never had a tune on my previous car.Was told by Troi that he could have"came after me"for my previous car not having catalytic converters. He told me it cost him $5k to put after market converters on. So I decided to tell him worst case scenario for my leaking issue is I have to spend more than $5k for a new sunroof cassette. Then I brought up how i asked to take my new car to get a PPI before purchasing and was denied that. Troi proceeded to tell me they could have took it to get an inspection. Was told the total opposite when i was purchasing my car I then called back to take the warranty off. Talked to Shaun Dubecky. He told me Troi should have contacted me, I started to tell him how the conversation went and he then told me he heard the convo.Told me he doesn't know where this "aggressive" and "hostility" is coming from and then proceeded to tell me he doesn't appreciate me saying his dealer is "lying".He then told me to have a good day and hung the phone on me. He then had to email me to send a pic of the mileage because he forgot to before hanging up on me. Never said the words they are "lying". I defended myself when I was told I traded in a car that didn't have catalytic converters when I know 100% it did. More
I purchased a vehicle from them yesterday, 4/4 and it was a massive pain. The excitement of purchasing a new (to me) vehicle was sucked out of me after they left my pregnant wife and I sitting for nearly 2 h a massive pain. The excitement of purchasing a new (to me) vehicle was sucked out of me after they left my pregnant wife and I sitting for nearly 2 hours while they were “detailing and getting the deal worked up”. During this, they had the keys to the vehicle I was trading in and right before going back to “detail and work up the deal” a massive catering order of fried chicken was carried to the back. I’m in full support of folks having a lunch break, but would have appreciated the communication so my wife and I could have the same luxury. Instead I was told it would be “45 minutes to an hour” for them to get everything finalized. The salesperson I was working with (who was great) came out after about 45 minutes and gave me my rate and approval through Huntington, the bank I work with, but said they were waiting to hear from another lender to see about a better rate. I told them not to worry about it and that I wanted Huntington because I do my banking there and it would be convenient. An hour later, when they finally finished eating and decided to start my paper work (after I texted my salesman saying I was going to leave) they swapped lenders without discussing it with me. I did not notice the change, and signed the paperwork. I now have a loan with a lender I did not want (an oversight by myself, for which I take accountability) due to a communication error that feels largely fueled by fried chicken. An additional frustration was the finance manager’s reaction to me saying no to a ludicrous extended warranty. The “recommended” warranty would have cost me $13,320 over the life of my loan. The cheapest option would have been $6000. The car I purchased was $23,000. When I said I wasn’t interested, he pressed me on my ability to repair all of the electronics and everything (which was a lie I made up instead of telling them that their warranties are outrageous). All together, I would strongly advise anyone to consider another dealer. I wish I would have. More
The dealership was easy to work with. Any problems along the way, they were happy to fix. We were extremely pleased with our salesman, Heru Ankhenaton. Any problems along the way, they were happy to fix. We were extremely pleased with our salesman, Heru Ankhenaton. More

Just a note about our Classic MINI experience on Saturday. Outstanding...start to finish! I appreciated the whole staff's responsiveness and attention to detail...without any of the "normal" h Saturday. Outstanding...start to finish! I appreciated the whole staff's responsiveness and attention to detail...without any of the "normal" hassle you unfortunately go through when buying a car. It was an absolute pleasure from the get-go. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the smoothest and most professional experience I've ever had...hands down. Couldn't be happier! More
