I went to Classic BMW in Willoughby Hills, OH just to look and shop around for a newer SUV; little did I know I’d be driving off the lot in my new 2021 BMW X1. James Fleming was the Sales Associate I wo look and shop around for a newer SUV; little did I know I’d be driving off the lot in my new 2021 BMW X1. James Fleming was the Sales Associate I worked with. He was extremely friendly, helpful and joy to work with. I originally was looking for a newer used SUV, and he went up and beyond to find SUV’s that fit what I was looking for with the limited stock they had on hand due to the pandemic. The whole time I was sitting at his desk in the showroom, there was a beautiful 2021 BMW X1 parked right behind me. After looking at both the exterior and interior and then seeing the sticker price, I asked if I could take it for a test drive and fell in love! We wrote up the paperwork and I was driving home in my brand-new BMW! James was extremely patient and was not pushy, like some salespeople tend to be. He truly took the time to make me feel comfortable in my purchase. I also worked with Grant Salerno, the Business Manager who was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and financing.
