I have been working with this dealership, BMW of Bowling Green, since 2012, and my experience has been consistently exceptional. This is my third BMW vehicle. I always service them here and most recently came for brake pads replacement. They continue to exceed expectations every time. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly professional. Mark was awesome during this visit, just as Ron has been in the past. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with timely text updates and a very helpful video showing the underside of the car, complete with clear explanations and checks. It is reassuring to work with a dealership that values transparency, quality work, and long-term customer relationships. Highly recommended! More

Sales could have been more informative when buying the car that they offer an extended warranty instead of when the payment was being made and then letting me know about the option. Wasn’t mentally prepa car that they offer an extended warranty instead of when the payment was being made and then letting me know about the option. Wasn’t mentally prepared for the extra $5000. Had to use the service department to get a battery replaced 6 months after the purchase. Mark was very professional and accommodating which made that experience better than expected! More
