The following Monday I called and spoke with Melissa about one of the vehicles we were interested in. My husband is a Pastor and is also taking his apprenticeship at a local Funeral Home Monday through Friday in our city which makes it very difficult to make it to Bowling Green to test drive the car by 6pm. But Melissa was so pleasant. She waited for us and stayed past 6pm so we could test drive the car and she did with a huge smile on her face. Scott was also a pleasure to work with. He sent the documents we needed through email more than once so we would not have to drive back to Bowling Green until we were able to pick the car up. I must say he was very patient with the number of times he had to resend the documents because of specifics that needed to be stated. We are so pleased with the great customer service we received.
