Absolute worst experience I have had at a dealer (including the cheaper "buy here pay here" ones). I went in to purchase a used newer model BMW that was sold to me with undisclosed modification. When the dealer was asked to help remedy the situation I was ignored time and time again. Deal done so no longer their problem. It also took more than two months to get my tags and longer to get my title. BAD business practices and RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. This dealer is doing the BMW brand a disservice. More
