Great customer service! Ron McCarty was very helpful in resolving an issue while we were traveling out of state.. We had a blown right front tire while traveling on interstat Ron McCarty was very helpful in resolving an issue while we were traveling out of state.. We had a blown right front tire while traveling on interstate 65 South and when BMW Roadside Assistance couldn't get our car to the nearest BMW dealership with the appropriate replacement tire Ron offered to order the tire for us and gave us a loaner car so we wouldn't be stranded for the night. Lisa T. Service was not up to my standards and problem was not corrected. I was sent from service area with a nail in my tire that service would not remove. I Service was not up to my standards and problem was not corrected. I was sent from service area with a nail in my tire that service would not remove. I had traveled about 100 miles with a baby and daughter accompanying me. The SUV was a precertified and was only 6 months old and the BMW service tech said I needed new tires and that my breaks needed replaced. He was the one that found the nail in the tire and said if he pulled it out my tire might go flat. He wouldn’t remove it because he said the tires were not worth fixing. But he let me drive away and could not say if it would hold up to get me back home. That was not good service nor SAFE. More
