I always go into the car purchasing process with apprehension. I usually feel that corporate profits are the 'elephant in the room' in the bargaining discussion. We were not greeted at the door when we walked in the dealership. We had to introduce ourselves to Bridget and were not asked if we needed anything after our 4 hour drive. The manager did not even speak dealership. We had to introduce ourselves to Bridget and were not asked if we needed anything after our 4 hour drive. The manager did not even speak to us when he took our keys for a test drive on the trade in. The prices we were given over the phone for our trade in were not stood behind and we had to fight for the quoted number. The truck we were buying was also not everything we were told it was. Overall it was the worst experience at a dealership. More
