Great for sales (Mike and Melissa) . Worst finance experience (Eric) I have ever had and I have a FICO score of 824. He tried to hard ball me to take warranties. He also tried to convince me I would not qualify for a four year loan ... I had to take 5 years. He called Honda finance and four years was not a problem. I was promised no fees other than tax and title/registration. Later there was a document handling fee and a vehicle inventory tax; this is tax levied by the state to dealer not the buyer. T title/registration. Later there was a document handling fee and a vehicle inventory tax; this is tax levied by the state to dealer not the buyer. The fees were around $300. Not much . the fact that dealer promised no extra fees, is why I rated them low. Buyer pays sales tax and also dealer taxes as well. I womder if they report that on their taxes and get even more of a break. More
