Inquired about a Cadillac CTS and then my wife got in my ear about an SUV. Don helped me look for an SUV that met my needs and we decided on one. Although he was wrapping up with someone once I arrived he made sure I wasn't sitting around twiddling my thumbs and handed me the keys to take a look at it. He met me out there and was VERY accommodating to my family including throughout the whole process (I had my wife and kids with me.)
