I don’t know if it’s a GMC problem or dealership, but not having parts available for recalls does not make since. Brought vehicle in for one problem and said to fix other recall and taking over a week to rep having parts available for recalls does not make since. Brought vehicle in for one problem and said to fix other recall and taking over a week to replace them seems a little extreme. Also, had my car picked up and now have another issue due to replacement of camera. My hatch close button doesn’t work so I have to make another appointment for it to be repaired. Annoying to say the least. I wish the service rep would give updates on repairs without me having to call several times to know when to expect completion. More
It was very hard to contact you guys and get the service that we expected. I also tried to call and have my wife get some information about the car that we spent and that was also very difficult. We also did not get a loaner vehicle for the use of our car while you were trying to fix it, which took a few days. I'm not looking forward to my next experience working with your service department and the fact that I spent that much money on this car and this is the way things go, makes me unhappy. I made it clear that I was simply on a fact-finding mission, not to purchase anything. A couple hours later I shed my Hyundai and was sitting back in a coveted GMC.
