As a recent purchase and first-time buyer from this organization, I was left stranded on the side of the road with a newly purchased used vehicle. I trusted Classic’s written assessment of the vehic organization, I was left stranded on the side of the road with a newly purchased used vehicle. I trusted Classic’s written assessment of the vehicle prior to purchase, which they stated was completed by “qualified service technicians.” Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the purchase expecting no major issues. Unfortunately, about a week after the purchase, I found myself stranded on a feeder road when the truck suddenly died and would not restart. After reaching out to Classic for help and support, communication from their end has been nonexistent, leaving me with an inoperable vehicle and facing costly repairs. This experience has been far from professional and does not reflect what I would consider a class-act organization. More

My vehicle door was hit and I discovered the damage when I picked my vehicle up after it staying at classic for approximately 2weeks, I was told the vehicle was turned in like that and showed a video that w I picked my vehicle up after it staying at classic for approximately 2weeks, I was told the vehicle was turned in like that and showed a video that was taken 30-35 after I released my vehicle to classic. This was my 3-5 time attempting to get something repaired. Ps It’s know need for a response I’m trading the truck in and will never buy another Chevy truck. More
