Had an appointment at 10:30 and I had to sit and wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told cabin air filter needed to be changed and when I said it didn’t manager walked out with me to see hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a coupon I told them about and they didn’t apply it until after I had to tell them about it again. Truck is normally washed but it wasn’t. I had to get them to take it back to wash. After sitting there for 3 hours you would think everything would be taken care of without me having to tell them to do their job. More

Did not fix my vehicle when I took it on the 1st time, even after the service advisor said he didn't think the vehicle was fixed. Had to take it back a 2nd time and then had to argue with a different serv even after the service advisor said he didn't think the vehicle was fixed. Had to take it back a 2nd time and then had to argue with a different service advisor about the repairs not being done and tried to get them to call another shop so they could see what was wrong with the vehicle with an astound "That's not his job" answer. Did I get a call after the service to see if I'm having any problems...NO...there is something rattling in my dash since the repair and I feel like if I called to tell them, then I would be told "It's going to be a $198.00 diagnostic fee" to figure out what is rattling after the repair. It sounds like a loose washer/bolt or a socket left on a piece of metal where the repair was done./ More
