Do not take your vehicle to this dealership for repair! !! Customer service is not a priority for them. They over promise and under deliver. They keep your vehicle for days and do not even pull your vehicl !! Customer service is not a priority for them. They over promise and under deliver. They keep your vehicle for days and do not even pull your vehicle into the bay to be looked at until you prompt them to do so. I know this because I could see exactly where my vehicle was at all times using the mychevrolet app on my phone. They make excuses, tell you they will fix your vehicle with a specific part (even though another dealership will tell you that part is never used for repair), then when it comes time to repair the vehicle, the part is damaged and your repair needs to be rescheduled. This equals more wait time and more time without your vehicle. When I went to get my vehicle after this fiasco, I was told my vehicle was in the parking lot. However, that was someone else's vehicle and my vehicle needed to be pulled around from the back lot. Run as fast as you can away from the service department at this place. More
