Making both the sales person and finance appear inept and incompetent at their job. The second sales person was better, unfortunately their second out the door quote still tacked on an unnecessary and useless addon “Classic Shield” in the form of a 3rd party GPS tracker and other miscellaneous gimmicks. If you want to avoid being ripped off by incompetence, I recommend you go to another dealership. More
