I let him know exactly what kind of SUV I wanted, what details were most important and how much money we had to budget. We were able to drive to the car lot one evening and he had 2 cars ready for us to look over. We test drove 2 cars, made a decision and were in and out of there within 1 hour. Everyone we talked to was courteous and professional and even got our 9 year old involved in the process.
