Used car purchase We went to purchase a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, we had seen it online. I emailed about it and Justin Brown emailed back and we set a time to come out. We went to purchase a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, we had seen it online. I emailed about it and Justin Brown emailed back and we set a time to come out. The test drive did not reveal any problems but after the fact some things showed up. Bruce, the used car manager personally met me in the service drive the next day, they provided me with a new truck loaner vehicle and then repaired our Traverse within 2 days, at no expense to me. This is EXACTLY how a dealership should respond to problems with any car purchase. This is the 6th car I have purchased here, and I will not go anywhere else.! Thank you Classic Chevrolet! More
