Mechanic was very attentive to my needs he checked belts fluids tires filters at same time as taking care of problem i came in for. They were very courteous and friendly. I had a issue with my car starting it was Saturday morning I called Classic service department and talked to Greg. He told me to bring it in and he would take care of me. I get there he diagnosed the morning I called Classic service department and talked to Greg. He told me to bring it in and he would take care of me. I get there he diagnosed the vehicle with a bad battery which I had just replaced not too long ago. He was able to replace the battery and labor on the vehicle for free. This is a great place of business! Thanks Classic Chevrolet!!! More
My car is under warranty and the transmission is bad. (my first what? ) 2019 bought with 5 miles ............It has been there for 5 weeks. waiting on a lift to put it on to even see what was wrong I t (my first what? ) 2019 bought with 5 miles ............It has been there for 5 weeks. waiting on a lift to put it on to even see what was wrong I think that was 2 weeks then waiting on parts not all arrived but all where in the USA? (my second what? ) then waiting on the lift (I guess they only have 1!!) Then waiting on the mechanic then the mechanic was sick then not all the parts showed up. One loaner truck and 40 people on the wait list (my third what? ) and now some part broke when they put it back together and waiting on the lift again............. could be several more weeks. To say I"m beyond disappointed. The GMC wrecker service for my warranty said we don't take cars to Classic Chevy...... I wish I would have listened... used my own towing service to get it to a dealer in Owasso. Lessoned learned. And if they call one more time asking to buy my car or sell me a car I'm going to get really nasty............... My patience is over. More
This has been the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. I sold my truck to them and they've had it for a total of 16 days and I still have not received my payment. I've been tossed around to multiple different people with no solid answers. The manager that I've been told to call has not answered his phone on multiple occasions even with people telling me they will go directly to him to get him to call me. I have had to borrow a family members vehicle for the time being which also inconveniences them. I will never work with this dealership again. More
