Jeep oil change last year, they forgot to reset the notification and also forgot to put a new sticker in the windshield. Went back for the second oil change and they forgot to reset the notifications A notification and also forgot to put a new sticker in the windshield. Went back for the second oil change and they forgot to reset the notifications AGAIN! I called and asked to speak to the service advisor and was put into a voicemail. I left a detailed message and never received a return call. We will not go back for service to this location. You should never have to drive back to the dealership after service to get it programmed. 2 trips on 2 different locations is not good. More

I was there Friday for a diagnostic appointment. I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I have had my truck serviced at this dealership in the past and was very impressed with the I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I have had my truck serviced at this dealership in the past and was very impressed with the quality customer service that the then service manager Javon provided. I pass 3 Jeep dealerships to do business with this one because I was so impressed with their service. However this time I was completely disgusted with how I was treated. My service advisor (Alyssa) was very rude and gave me the run around. She wouldn’t return any of my calls. I called the dealership 13 times to make service arrangements with no correspondence. Alyssa would not call me back to discuss the diagnosis. I was charged for my diagnostic but they did not fix my truck. I will not be returning nor will I refer any of my clients there. I hate that I had this experience because in the past service was always stellar. ~Leslie More

A little disappointed! I specifically asked over the phone if a key fob /keyless entry could be provided (told yes then transferred to another department to make sure the c I specifically asked over the phone if a key fob /keyless entry could be provided (told yes then transferred to another department to make sure the company had the fob who said yes) and asked that if you do not have the fob to not do the work because I don't want to have to make two trips nor go elsewhere to have it done. Arrived on site and was assured they could provide a key fob by the same guy I spoke to on the phone. Only to wait all day for the same guy to say after they did the maintenance that they did not have a fob and couldn't install one because of the year of the vehicle! So basically I was lied to and still have to get a key fob for the truck. More

Lily the service agent was very professional, client oriented, always checking on the clients when the car is in service. She did everything she could to ensure our service was excellent.
