Two hours later, I received a text saying that "they just sold the truck to someone else". I called and spoke to sale manager William Doggett to discuss the situation. He told me (without asking his salesman) that I wasn't telling the truth and hung up on me. Do not do business with this dealership. More
This Lincoln Corsair was purchased from the same dealership to which I take every time for service. I had 5 services including this one and never had loaner or any other offered benefits were offered and when requested even a month in advance the service manager declined it. His explanation was for me "to go home and read the fine prints on the conditions". This Dealership as well as the service center keep providing proof they are good for nothing!!! More

Typical dealership energy. All I asked was for my body panels to be lined up since I brought the issue up at the time of sale. I guess PDI and quality control at the factory don’t matter anymore. Found a youtube video that shows how to fix my fender/hood problem in under 20 mins with a 10mm and a quarter. Yet Ford’s website touts “quality like no one else” More

He even went with the driver to NC to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle selected, and followed me to the vehicle rental return in my new purchase and waited there when I returned the rental. I am completely thrilled with the entire purchase process and highly recommend this salesperson and the dealership to anybody in the market for a car. More
