I have a 2012 Ford Explorer that I purchased from Classic Ford and have been going there for my car services. They have provided great services and have made good on recalls. I even purchased tires from ther Ford and have been going there for my car services. They have provided great services and have made good on recalls. I even purchased tires from there and had a flat. Vehicle was towed to the dealership and they were able to find a brand new tire without having to order one and me having to wait. More

You would think, when you give them your email address, they would actually use it. Instead, perhaps due to laziness, they use a generic email address. Result, you NEVER receive the communications you sh they would actually use it. Instead, perhaps due to laziness, they use a generic email address. Ford pledge to its customers, "you have the right to courteous and professional treatment" is a lie in this location. Come experience RUDENESS AT IT'S Highest here with Ms. Liz working at service. We ar courteous and professional treatment" is a lie in this location. Come experience RUDENESS AT IT'S Highest here with Ms. Liz working at service. We arrived the service as planned and waited in the car as we usually do for employee to be available and approach us in the line. This lady with at most attitude came and had a time with her nastiness. No customer should be treated as we did. Will be addressing this soon with someone! See photos for the picture of Ford's pledge : "the customer Bill of Rights"! More
Worst customer service ever. Do not trust this dealership as they do not care about their customers. Have been to this dealership three times (1 purchase/2 service) and they hav Do not trust this dealership as they do not care about their customers. Have been to this dealership three times (1 purchase/2 service) and they have taken shortcuts every single time. Latest service (safety recalls), they had my vehicle for a week. This dealership never contacted me with the status of my vehicle nor offered a courtesy car. Requested to speak to a manager three times and was told three different stories on why they have been short handed. When I picked up my vehicle I request documentation of the tests ran so I could take to another Lincoln dealership and the representative advised that there are no records. Avoid this dealership! Very disappointed with my experience here. I went in inquiring about a specific vehicle. I supplied the sales boy with the VIN and vehicle location. It was at another dealership. I inquired ab I went in inquiring about a specific vehicle. I supplied the sales boy with the VIN and vehicle location. It was at another dealership. I inquired about their ability to get that particular car and they made it sound like it wouldn’t be an issue. Later in the day I returned ready to purchase only to find the price had jumped $3,500+. Obviously puzzled, I inquired about the difference, and was told that they other dealership was obviously not “very skilled” with selling their Aviators, as if that were a plausible excuse. If you can’t make something happen, I get. But don’t overpromise and underdeliver. Or try and tack on thousands of dollars for the convenience of having a vehicle transferred. A tank of gas and a road-trip is much cheaper! Needless to say, Lincoln lost another customer to a competitor. Potential buyers would do well to steer clear of Rico and Classic Lincoln in Columbia, SC. More
