Jason was the Salesman that I worked with. He was very polite and helpful. I walked away with what I THOUGHT was a good experience. But two days after the purchase the Check Engine Light came on. I called Classic Ford and I was told I was out of luck. The vehicle was sold as is. I understand that, but to have this happen before the Check even cleared the bank is not good. It is not like a problem that was visible, there is an engine issue, and the "manager" will not talk to me about it. That is not good business. We will NOT be recommending this Dealership to anyone. Both sales and financing employees worked at great length, literally for hours to find a vehicle that would satisfy our wants and needs. They obviously knew their business and answered our many questions in a friendly confident manner. We were looking for a particular combination of vehicle and pricing that was not easy to satisfy. They stayed past advertised closing time and ultimately found us a vehicle at a price we could live with. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience, and we felt the staff was working with us rather than adversaries through the entire process. I would readily recommend Classic Ford of Columbia to anyone in the market for a new Ford. More

Classic Ford of Columbia was great. Their new look was very clean and modern but still a setting that makes you feel comfortable. I had made an appointment before arriving. When I came in, they knew exact very clean and modern but still a setting that makes you feel comfortable. I had made an appointment before arriving. When I came in, they knew exactly what kind of vehicles I wanted to look at. I was set up with Rico Gibson, who was extremely nice, and extremely helpful. He asked me what I wanted in a car and he found me a perfect fit. I ended up going with the 2013 Ford Edge and couldn't be happier. Everyone at Classic Ford was nice, and energetic and friendly. More

I went with a specific vehicle in mind to purchase. They had the vehicle available, I test drove it and began to negotiate on price. Even though I didn't do as thorough a job checking things out as I had li had the vehicle available, I test drove it and began to negotiate on price. Even though I didn't do as thorough a job checking things out as I had liked I knew the price didn't have much room to budge but I tried anyway. Rico knew the answer to most of the my questions immediately. My only complaint is they only had one finance employee working at the time so I spent almost two hours just waiting on finance. I was not pleased with this but Rico made sure I was comfortable during the time. We've been buying here for decades and I tell the salesman immediately that i'm going to be straight up with them and I expect them to do the same with me. I do my research and know what i'm doing when purchasing a vehicle. Rico was very glad to abide by that and we took care of business quickly. More
