My husband and I were searching for a new Mustang. I was able to negotiate the price via email, so no wasted trip. Upon arriving, Hope greeted us and turned us over to Zino, who did an excellent job closing the deal. My experience at Classic Ford was outstanding. Crystal exceeded my expectations and I've never had such great customer service with the delivery of my vehicle. As of today they are still working to find that vehicle (which was not in their current inventory and therefore not immediately available). Experience at Classic started off poorly, as manager Bruce was not very accomodating. Sales rep Andrew was great. GM Paul had to be pulled in when I refused to work with Bruce. Colette was very personalable, friendly, professional, and helpful in her dealings with me in this purchase. She was very knowledgeable and was quick to get an answer to my questions if I asked something and helpful in her dealings with me in this purchase. She did not hesitate or evade my questions if she did not know the answer right off the top of her head. She made a real effort to make sure I was satisfied with her responses. I showed up around 9:30 to purchase a car a had already test drove and I knew exactly what i wanted. I did not leave with that same car until 4:30! a little ridiculous. Also my insurance company contacted me and said that my car was not covered and the dealership knew that and shood have never let me leave. THANK GOD i was not in an accident. More
I had seen their used car inventory Friday on-line and a 2011 Mazda 3 caught my eye. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday and Mr. Mack Spain greeted me and had me on my test-drive in no time. I really loved the car's low mileage and features. He and Mr. Addie Mack worked with me and got me down to an affordable payment and a fair price for my trade... on a Saturday. I must say, this was the most pleasureable auto-buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles during 20 plus years of adulthood and this has been my most postitive by far! Even though I had secured my own financing I was presented with a different scenerio that could save my more money. I declined ( due to Extreme loyalty) but I appreciated the offer.
