I went on a Saturday around 0930, after visiting an unamed Honda dealership. When I arrived all of their salesmen were outside and after I parked I was greeted immediately (I walked around Honda for a unamed Honda dealership. They worked with me to get me into the model I wanted; in the price range I wanted; with the downpayment I wanted, and accomplished it all before lunch. So now I'm in a brand new car, in which only I and the few people that may have test driven it have used it. I am a proud owner of a 2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan. They filled up the tank, washed it, and helped me get my personal items out of the trade-in. More

Everyone at Classic Lincoln Ford that I worked with was extremely courteous, personable and knowledgeable. I spent most of my time with Bill Goshorn who was very patient as I walked from one vehicle to ano extremely courteous, personable and knowledgeable. After two hours, I was ready for a test drive with a Ford Explorer. With each model, Mr. Goshorn was very knowledgeable down to every little detail. His expertise really came out in the checklist report before the customer drives away with their new car. The technology in new cars is unbelievable and Mr. Goshorn knew it all. He set up my phone and had me make a phone call before I left. The offer to assist did not stop there. Mr. Goshorn said he was just a phone call away or a stop away and said that there were many people who could help me if he was not available. Mr. Goshorn even made sure that I met the folks in the Service Dept., where to come for my first oil change, and which lane to pull into. One more memorable thing that I want to share is the ringing of the gong. Every customer who purchases a vehicle is asked to participate in the clanging of the gong. After the gong sounds, everyone in the showroom applauds and cheers. This tradition is special. Things like this separate dealerships from others. I am over HR in my work so I know good practices when I see them. We originally purchased a 2011 Explorer Limited from Roger Canty in February 2011. He also always took the time to follow up with us once we finalized the purchase. Once we had the Explorer for a week we began experiencing a lot of problems with the MyTouch system. Jeremy Winters, our service adviser, worked diligently on trying to solve the MyTouch issues we were having. He was wonderful to work with and took the time to explain everything to us. He even kept us updated by email as to what the status was on the updates he was waiting on from Ford. He would always return my phone calls promptly and never discounted any of our concerns. Unfortunately, after four months of not being able to fix the MyTouch system we needed to come up with a solution. We spoke the Paul Canovali about what possible solutions there were for the position we were in. Paul was a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cared about making sure we were completely satisfied with our vehicle and Classic Ford of Columbia. He worked tirelessly to come up with an acceptable solution to our problem. Roger Canty and Paul Canovali worked together to get us out of the Explorer and into an F150. My husband and I have been very pleased with our experience with Classic Ford of Columbia.
