I purchased a Ford Bronco today and had an exceptional experience working with sales rep Elias Sanchez at Classic Ford Madison. From the moment I drove onto the lot, I received five-star service. Elias greeted me right away, and our conversation was completely pressure-free—I actually had to ask him for a test drive after initially saying I was just taking a quick look. After the test drive, we worked through numbers with Michael, and I truly felt they met me where I needed to be. The outcome felt fair and positive for everyone involved. The finance team went above and beyond as well, working hard to beat my already great rate and securing a few points lower than I expected. When I asked to sleep on the decision overnight, I was given that grace with absolutely no pressure to “sign now,” which meant a lot to me. The next morning, my adult son wanted to inspect the undercarriage, and Elias had the Bronco put on a lift so he could thoroughly look everything over. We were both incredibly impressed by the transparency and the extra mile Elias went to accommodate us. BUT WAIT —there was more. I transport my elderly mother to church and appointments and had concerns about how easily she could get in and out of the Bronco. Elias literally jumped in the passenger seat, drove with me to my mom’s house, and let her test entering and exiting the vehicle. That level of care and consideration truly deserves praise. Once we returned, the paperwork was completed while the Bronco was fueled up and detailed. Elias then walked me out, set up my Apple CarPlay and Wi-Fi hotspot, and made sure I was fully comfortable before driving off. What an outstanding experience. No pressure, total transparency, and every request respected and met. I felt fully in control the entire time. Way to go, Classic Ford Madison—and thank you, Elias! More

Brought my car in for the recall. They broke the windshield. Had my car for 23 days. After the oil change I was only giving 94% oil life. But paid full price.
