I had a recall for my Explorer and Brad was the technician. He sent a video of the car being serviced with an update on what he accomplished, etc. The waiting area was fine with refreshments and technician. For the second time, my appointment was lost. Because of this, they did not have the parts ordered to fix an issue that I mentioned while making the appointment.
