Misdiagnosed, misdirected, mishandled My Dad's vehicle was misdiagnosed! He paid over $700 for a repair to his Benz truck, arrived to pick it up and didn't make it off the lot! The technic My Dad's vehicle was misdiagnosed! He paid over $700 for a repair to his Benz truck, arrived to pick it up and didn't make it off the lot! The technician and service advisor said there was a second issue that required another $600 to resolve. He was not convinced but agreed to the repair because he wanted the vehicle. Besides, what choice did he have tow it away to still pay someone else? After the second repair he tried to resolve the misdiagnosis & overcharge through an in-law familiar with the dealership, but she was given the run around. The advisor agreed that mistakes were made, but REFUSED to make the repair without additional cost. The interim manager didn't appropriately respond to calls & emails to resolve via our in-law. Ultimately, my Dad just went to pick up the truck and was given a discount on the bill. Unfortunately, that discount will not erase the distrust he now has in a company that he's used for over a decade. My Dad is almost eighty, a retired veteran on a fixed income. It's terrible that he was taken advantage of; he will likely not return there for service. More

Love my Hyundai Elantra! Mitch was fantastic, even came in on his day off. We arrived at 4:30 and Mitch had the vehicle waiting for us...my name was even on a reservation tag Mitch was fantastic, even came in on his day off. We arrived at 4:30 and Mitch had the vehicle waiting for us...my name was even on a reservation tag. We took it for a spin and bought it...all done and out of there by 7:00 pm! Taxes and registration complete. Mitch is really down to earth and everyone who helped us couldn't have been nicer. We live less than a mile from another Hyundai dealership but decided to head up to the peninsula after hearing great things about Tysinger. Very glad we did! Mitch even helped me connect bluetooth to my phone (I'm technoligically challenged) and showed me all of the bells and whistles in my new car. I was very appreciative! More

Not a happy camper This guy Da'Ron Scott is advertising old used cars on his Facebook page. My wife was running a search on him before we met up to look at a van and saw that he's an Audi "Brand Specialist" We thought we were meeting up with a regular dude trying to sell his car not some Audi sales guy doing deals on the side. The vehicle we looked at has been in numerous accidents and is possibly stolen. This guy's a crook! Already talked to the police dept about pressing fraud charges. Why does Audi have its sales guys selling cars on Facebook? Sounds sketchy! If you come across Da'Ron Liron Gavriel (The Lionheart) on Facebook and the deals look too good to be true it's because they ARE! More
