We went in wanting to get an appraisal for our car. Front the start it was very uncomfortable. The Sales Manager asked my husband and I for our drivers licenses but didn't explain why. We were not there to drive a car. Left us for over fifteen minutes with that. Next came the appraisal which took longer and he sent his sales rep out to give us that by far the worst appraisal for our Audi. It was the lowest and said the market value isn't there. There was a similar car in the area for a certain price. Asked the rep again if they did the correct vehicle as that car has an engine Audi no longer puts in that car. He didn't know. In fact he didn't know much about the car. Gave us the appraisal I told him that carmax was higher and asked for my key. We were so upset we went to VW and bought a car. They gave us a fair trade in and they said this car will be a great addition on our lot because it's rare. At least someone knew. We knew we were not going to have to pay some. That was not our only Audi that we have owned. Just expected a little bit better service when you are working to buy a nice expensive car. Thought about the new A3 coming out. This dealership was very uncomfortable as for sales and I didn't want to go back. The worst Audi experience we have had. Now the service department a different story. Jeff is awesome and we were happy with the maintenance there. Service yes, buying a car there no. Unless you want to feel uneasy. More
