I spotted the car of my dreams, took down the information and began calling the numbers to the Dealership and leaving messages for anyone I could get. The next morning at a very early hour I recieved a call from the most well spoken, curtious gentleman who identified himself as Mitch Sears and from there it went like a DREAM. Mr. Sears asked me for a credit card Number for a deposit because there were several other poeple intrested in the vehicle(may sound like a sales tactic) but I had no doubt he was telling me true. Mr. Sears must have arrived early to get any leads and good for me he did. By 2:00 p.m. that afternoon the car was mine, we had already arranged for financing through LFCU but he put us with Tysinger Finance Officers and they did even better. I have never been more trilled with the service I recieved from purchasing a vehicle. I have lived on the Peninsula my entire life and the Tysinger Family and their reputation are top drawer!! Second to none. Will come back over and over. LOVE MY NEW CAR More

World Class Experience After getting the run around from another dealership I was more than a little hesitant to come all the way from Virginia Beach to check out a car. After completing the credit app online and a quick phone call from salesman, Karone Johnson, to discuss what I wanted we decided to make the trip to the dealership. Although I came with zero expectations of getting any results that night I was wowed by the service. I was treated like a person, not a credit score. Karone was knowledgable about the features of the car I wanted and showed me more than one option available. My concerns for safety and price were met and I didn't feel like I was pushed into the purchase. Both Karone and Mike were respectful of the budget I'd set and did not try to pressure me into anything other than what was discussed.
