He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. Overall this has been the best car buying experience is the best so far. I am raving about Tysinger to anyone who has an ear!!! Trying it for the first time, this was my initial experience with Tysinger valet and service. I'm impressed. They came as scheduled, had very pleasant folks, left me with an excellent Audi to use, and performed the service, which included warranty work, efficiently and without fuss. The Service Consultant, Jeff Bedsaul, called me each day keeping me appraised of progress and explaining what had been and was being done. When the car was returned it was clean and ready for use. Everyone I dealt with at Tysinger was pleasant and helpful. I'm delighted with the entire process. And to top it off the cost of the service was very reasonable. I'm hooked. More

He quickly went to the computer inventory and narrowed our search to three cars and led us to the one that met all of our expectations. As my wife and I are veteran buyers we did not want to waste time negotiating and the general manager worked with us quickly and gave us a deal that we knew (as we had previously done our homework) was the best possible. Of all the experiences we have had with car buying this was the best. One last thought, we were also impressed that Keith McCullers came over and introduced himself as well as offered himself to help in any way we needed. Thanks for the experience and Loving our new Mercedes. More

Fast & Efficient Booked my service appointment on line for 8:00 AM. Arrived at 7:50 and Chris Reynolds immediately confirmed my service items and said "I'll get this Booked my service appointment on line for 8:00 AM. Arrived at 7:50 and Chris Reynolds immediately confirmed my service items and said "I'll get this done right away." I expected to be there for 3 or 4 hours. To my surprise, Chris had my state inspection completed and a service item taken care of by 9:00 AM. In at 8 - out at 9 - you don't find that anywhere else. More
2012 ML 350 Bluetec Purchased this car Dec 26, 2014 to discover it had an oil leak the next morning. Took it back that morning and had to leave it. Leak from oil cooler. It required extensive repair work which took more time than expected. Naturally I was not a happy customer. Sales person Hadrian was apologetic and assuring that Tysinger would stand behind the product & make it right. In spite of the ups and downs for several weeks, I must honestly say they are true to their word. Hadrian Apoderado Derrick Phillips, Parker Trowbridge, and Brian Tate made it happen. They listened to my gripes, concerns, made contact communication with each of them at a personal level and accommodated all fair requests and didn't show their displeasure in me showing up from Richmond VA the many unannounced times that I did. It was an unfortunate situation but a memorable experience of how well I was treated. Thank you all for your professionalism and staying true to your promise! More

Mitch Sears and the staff spent two whole days working on finding the right vehicle for us. I knew what I wanted and my husband knew what price we were willing to spend. He is also did his homework on both vehicles(he is an engineer). The staff found what I wanted at the price my husband liked. Everyone was so kind and talked with us like family. We were very comfortable, place was clean and beautiful. More
