Perfect I am never less than completely satisfied whenever I take one of our vehicles to Tysinger for service. I had an appointment for an oil change and suspected it was time for new brakes on our 2010 Sonata. I was in a rush when I dropped it off and Chris Reynolds understood I was pressed for time. A little over an hour later he was calling me to let me know the exact condition of the front brakes, indicating they would pass inspection but were probably only safe for another 6 months. I gave him the go ahead for the brakes and the car was ready a couple hours later. The cashier was friendly, the employee who brought the car to me out front was courteous, and I was on my way in 5 minutes. They make you feel like family, and they also make you feel like their most important customer - every time. More
