I had a trade-in that previous dealerships wanted to shortchange me on. First off, Mitch is such a pleasant gentleman to work with. He makes you feel very comfortable, and he is not pushy at all! He is very honest and upfront about the vehicles, and what you can expect with them. He found the perfect car for me, and it wasnt even what I came in to look at! He showed me around the whole office, and even took me to the service department. I got a great deal on my 2013 Elantra, and we love it! Thomas was so quick, efficient, and professional and made the end of the process such a breeze! I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking to buy a new or used vehicle. There is none of that sleazy salesmen stuff here! What you see is what you get, and you can expect honesty, compassion, and a quick wit :) I cant wait to continue doing business with them in the future!!! More

I was provided with a excellent customer service rep, Derrik Phillips who has been keeping me updated throughout the entire process and assuring that all of my work gets completed within the estimated time frame. Derrik has also gone beyond his duties to assist with getting all of my information submitted for my insurance claim and faxed over my estimates rather quickly and also had Harmon's body shop to come out and complete an estimate on their portion of my claim. Outstanding customer service and value! I was involved in a car crash two days ago that resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. I came to Tysinger via USAA Car Buying Service. I called whe I was involved in a car crash two days ago that resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. I came to Tysinger via USAA Car Buying Service. I called when I found the car that I was interested in. A sales person by the name of Lloyd Francis. Lloyd was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Though I have bought many vehicles and been through the car buying process many times, Tysinger had me driving off of the lot with the car I wanted (at a great price) within two hours, which in my past experience is extremely hard to come by. The financial manager, Thomas Duckwell, was very congenial and forthcoming on all matters concening the financing of the vehicle. Overall, I had an phenomenal experience at Tysinger Motor Company (in Hampton) and recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle. More

You can find cheaper outfits to service your car, but the extras make the cost worth it. More

Happy with my new to me Mercedes E350 I went in to test drive a C250 and met Bill Upton out front. Bill was a very nice gentleman, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. After driving the I went in to test drive a C250 and met Bill Upton out front. Bill was a very nice gentleman, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. After driving the C250 I knew it wasn't for me. He then asked me if I would consider something a bit larger and showed me a used E350 which we took for a test drive. When he asked me what I thought of it, I said "What's not to like" and that unlike the C250, I was "Feeling the love" with this car. After the drive we went inside and met with Parker, the sales manage. Parker was also a very personable man and after some discussions about the price, suggested I take the car home for a weekend test drive so that I could show it to my wife. When I brought the car back from the test drive, I had a list of things I wanted done to the car and presented them to Bill who then presented them to Parker. They came back and said yes to everything without any major arguments. If there were any glitches in the whole process, I thought I would have picked the car up the next day or so and it was delayed waiting on a part. Communications were affected since I had left my cell phone at the dealer and they did not have my home number. But otherwise, I was very happy with the car and thought the price was fair especially with the work they did to get it ready for me. When we picked up the car we met Miles Burcher who finished up all the paperwork and got us a very good deal on financing at less than 2% for a used car loan. Miles, like Bill and Parker were all just super to deal with. I would recommend Tysinger to anybody that wanted to look for a new or slightly used Mercedes. Bob A. More
